2.2.4.5. Quyết định tuyển dụng
Căn cứ kết quả đánh giá ứng cử viên mà phòng nhân sự đã có kết quả, Giám Đốc sẽ đưa ra quyết định nhận hay không nhận ứng cử viên vào làm việc tại công ty. Sau khi các ứng viên đạt yêu cầu đã được Giám Đốc phê duyệt, thì nhân viên tuyển dụng sẽ tiến hành:
 Thông báo cho những ứng viên đạt yêu cầu và thời gian bắt đầu làm việc.
 Bên cạnh đó gửi mail cảm ơn đến cho những ứng viên không đạt yêu cầu bày tỏ sự thiện chí đến sự quan tâm của ứng viên với công ty.

2.2.4.5. Hiring decisions
based on the results assessed candidates that the personnel department had results, Superintendent will make a decision whether or not to get candidates to work in the company. After the candidates meet the requirements approved by the Director, the recruitment staff will proceed:
 Inform candidates require time and start working.
 Besides sending mail thanks to the unsatisfactory candidates expressed goodwill to the attention of candidates for the company.
