2.2. Trong thời hạn [05 (năm)] ngày làm việc kể từ ngày Bên B nhận được Phương Án Đề Xuất của Bên A, Các Bên sẽ cùng xem xét, thảo luận để thống nhất lựa chọn phương án hợp tác thích hợp nhất để thực hiện Giao Dịch (“Phương Án Lựa Chọn”).
