Tại quầy lễ tân, trách nhiệm của tôi là khai báo khách tạm trú khi khách check-in, liên hệ xe taxi đón khách du lịch về khách sạn và đưa khách du lịch ra sân bay, thanh toán tiền phòng, giới thiệu và dẫn khách lên xem phòng.

At the reception, my responsibility is to declare the staying guests upon check-in, contact the taxi to welcome tourists to the hotel and take tourists out, payment, referral and lead guests to view the room.

At the front desk, my responsibility is to declare sojourners upon check-in, contact the taxi to greet visitors to the hotel and bring tourists to the airport, the room charge, introduced and led visitors to see the room.
