Hồ sơ mời thầu chi tiết do phòng dự

Hồ sơ mời thầu chi tiết do phòng dự án (kết hợp với các phòng ban được phân công) hoặc đơn vị tư vấn được thuê lập và trình Tổng Giám đốc phê duyệt.
Hồ sơ mời thầu phải đầy đủ, chi tiết và bao gồm các phần sau:
 Thông báo mời thầu (đối với hình thức đấu thầu rộng rãi).
 Chỉ dẫn các nhà thầu.
 Quy định về hình thức và các điều khoản chính của hợp đồng.
 Phạm vi cung cấp và tiến độ thực hiện.
 Bảng tiên lượng mời thầu.
 Các biểu mẫu áp dụng.
 Tiêu chuẩn đánh giá thầu chi tiết.
 Các yêu cầu kỹ thuật (phần này mô tả chi tiết phạm vi công việc của và quy mô gói thầu, các yêu cầu kỹ thuật cơ bản đối với từng hạng mục công việc hoặc các vật tư thiết bị do nhà thầu cung cấp, biện pháp tổ chức thi công và các bản vẽ thiết kế).
Phòng dự án (hoặc phòng ban được phân công) chuyển bộ hồ sơ mời thầu cho tổ chuyên gia đấu thầu (hoặc đơn vị tư vấn được thuê) để tiến hành thẩm định hồ sơ mời thầu.
Các biểu mẫu được sử dụng trong bộ hồ sơ mời thầu: theo quy định tại các thông tư có liên quan cho từng loại hình đấu thầu (tham khảo Phụ lục 01 ở mục 6 của quy trình này).

Results (English) 2:

Bidding documents in detail by the project team (in conjunction with the departments assigned) or hired consultants established and approved by the General Manager.
Bidding documents must be complete, detailed and include the following:
 The bid announcement (for open bidding form).
 Instructions contractors.
 Regulation on form and terms of the contract.
 Scope of supply and progress perform.
 BOQ bidding.
 The application forms.
 evaluation criteria detailed bid.
 The technical requirements (section describes in detail the scope of work and the size of the bid package, the basic technical requirements for each item of work or materials and equipment provided by the contractor, measures to organize the construction and design drawings).
Room project (or departments assigned ) moved the bidding documents for the expert group bidding (or the consultant is hired) to conduct the evaluation of the tender invitation documents.
The forms are used in the bidding documents: as defined in the Circulars related to each type of procurement (see Annex 01 in Section 6 of this procedure).
