b.Bàn giao quy trình thực hiện:
Bàn giao quy trình đối soát tài khoản nostro đang có hiệu lực. Quy trình này nằm trong Bộ Quy trình tổng hợp Phòng Hỗ trợ hoạt động do Phòng Hỗ trợ hoạt động ban hành, hiệu lực từ ngày 01/02/2013.
c. Công cụ, mẫu báo cáo:
- Tất cả các mẫu báo cáo phục vụ cho việc đối soát tài khoản Nostro Hội sở và Nostro HCM.
- Các công cụ, user truy cập phục vụ cho công việc hàng ngày.
 
3.2 Human resource
- Hiện tại, phòng KSRRTC&TT có 06 nhân sự, trong đó có 02 nhân viên dùng 50% thời gian và 01 kiểm soát viên dùng 20% thời gian để hoàn thành công việc tra soát tài khoản Nostro. Trong năm 2017, KSRRTC&TT sẽ triển khai thêm 4 quy trình đối chiếu sau đây trong 5 quy trình được thiết kế trong phạm vi Dự án Đối chiếu số dư:
 Đối chiếu số dư thẻ tín dụng
 Đối chiếu số dư tiền mặt tại quỹ
 Đối chiếu số dư tiền tại ATM
 Xác minh số dư phải thu, phải trả
- Do vậy, KSRRTC&TT dự kiến sẽ dùng toàn bộ thời gian của các cán bộ đang thực hiện công việc tra soát tài khoản Nostro để thực hiện các công việc mới được triển khai của phòng.
- Đề xuất tuyển mới 03 nhân sự cho bộ phận/phòng thuộc Khối OPS:
 02 nhân sự đảm nhiệm các công việc nhận từ KSRRTC&TT
 01 nhân sự đảm nhiệm công việc đối soát tài khoản Nostro TPHCM (hiện nay công việc này do TTTT khu vực phía Nam thực hiện)
3.3 Training
- Giám đốc KSRRTC&TT chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo lại cho nhân sự của Bộ phận tra soát tài khoản Nostro thuộc Khối OPS trong vòng 02 tháng.
- Sau thời gian 02 tháng đào tạo và chuyển giao, KSRRTC&TT tiếp tục hỗ trợ giải đáp thắc mắc trong quá trình xử lý nghiệp vụ (nếu có).
3.4 Timing & expected outcome
Sau khi Tổng Giám đốc phê duyệt về việc chuyển giao công việc kiểm soát tài khoản nostro từ FS sang Khối OPS, hai bên sẽ phối hợp chặt chẽ đảm bảo công việc kiểm soát tài khoản nostro tiếp tục được thực hiện hiệu quả, không ảnh hướng đến cam kết SLA đã ký với các phòng, ban liên quan.
Công việc được chính thức bàn giao và triển khai tại Khối OPS: 01/03/2017

 02 personnel in charge of the work received from KSRRTC & TT
 01 personnel to undertake the work to control Nostro account City (currently this work by MIC southern areas of implementation)
3.3 training
- Director KSRRTC & TT responsible retrain personnel department checking account Nostro Bloc OPS within 02 months.
- After 02 months of training and transfer, KSRRTC & TT continued support inquiries during the business process (if any).
3.4 Timing & expected outcome
after CEO approval of the transfer of control nostro accounts from FS to Block OPS, the two sides will closely cooperate to ensure the control of nostro accounts continue to be implemented effectively, does not affect SLA commitments signed with the departments concerned.
