trong trường hợp sửa chữa danh sách chấm thi, giảng viên chấm thi phải mang bài thi và ký trực tiếp vào chỗ sửa tại phòng A. Bảng điểm phải có đủ chữ ky của 2 giảng viên (chấm điểm quá trình và chấm thi kết thúc học phần). Bảng điểm không chỉnh sửa giảng viên nộp cho thư ký khoa.
