Trong trường hợp sự chậm trễ, sự thay đổi, sự tắc nghẽn hoặc sự hủy bỏ của dịch vụ này; hoặc sự hủy bỏ hoặc biến mất của những thông tin đã đăng kí hoặc đã cung cấp thông qua dịch vụ này gây thiệt hại cho đối tác, TRUSTshop sẽ không phải phải chịu trách nhiệm. Trừ trường hợp, đối tác bị thiệt hại do một lỗi cố ý hoặc một lỗi nghiêm trọng của TRUSTshop, TRUSTshop sẽ chỉ chịu trách nhiệm cho những thiệt hại như vậy trong phạm vi quy định của điều 31.

In case of delay, change, or remove the blockage of this service; or the cancellation or the disappearance of the registered information or provided through the service damage, TRUSTshop partners will not be responsible. Except, the damaged partner due to a fault or a serious error of the TRUSTshop, the TRUSTshop will only be responsible for such damages in the scope of the provisions of article 31.

Results (English) 2:

In case of delay, the change, the obstruction or the cancellation of this service; or the cancellation or disappearance of the registered information or provided through this service causes damage to partners, TRUSTshop will not be held responsible. Except, partner suffered from a deliberate error or serious error of TRUSTshop, TRUSTshop will only be responsible for such damage within the provisions of article 31.
