1 Tìm kiếm và tiếp cận các khách hàng mục tiêu.Trình bày, giới thiệu với khách hàng về sản phẩm của Tập đoàn.
2 Tìm hiểu nhu cầu mua hàng & định hướng khách hàng vào các dòng sản phẩm của Tập đoàn đang phân phối; thuyết phục khách mua sản phẩm của công ty. Hỗ trợ các nhân viên khác để hoàn thành mục tiêu chung.
3 Thường xuyên liên hệ, tìm hiểu nhu cầu khách hàng, thu hút các khách hàng mới và thiết lập quan hệ với các khách hàng.
4 Đăng tin, quảng cáo cho dự án trên các phương tiện truyền thông hoặc bằng nhiều hình thức khác.
III.Tiêu chuẩn công việc
1 Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục tốt.Ngoại hình cân đối, dễ nhìn.
2 Có tinh thần cầu tiến, chịu áp lực công việc. Có thể nhận việc ngay.
