1. Bộ phận An toàn & Chất Lượng chịu sự chỉ đạo và quản lý trực tiếp của Ban Tổng Giám đốc.
2. Bộ phận An toàn & Chất Lượng tuân thủ tuyệt đối qui chế dược chính và pháp luật qui định hiện hành, thực thi về chuyên môn nghiệp vụ của quản lý nhà nước:
- Bộ Y Tế - Cục QLD – Cục ATTP, Sở Y Tế: Qui chuẩn GMP-GLP-GSP, GMP thực phẩm (ISO 9000), công tác quản lý Dược và An toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm, báo cáo về xử lý chất thải y tế.
- Bộ Tài nguyên và môi trường, Sở Tài nguyên môi trường và các phòng TNMT: báo cáo về quản lý và xử lý môi trường – sử dụng tài nguyên (ISO 14000).
