Vì thế chúng ta phải cần bổ sung thêm những kiến thức và kỹ năng mới bằng cách học hỏi thêm ở nơi làm việc, ở ngoài xã hội . . .
Thời gian đầu mới bước chân vào công ty thực tập em vẫn còn nhiều bỡ ngỡ, mặc dù học ở trường cũng được giảng viên chia sẻ kinh nghiệm thực tế nhiều, nhưng khi ra thực tế thì phát sinh rất nhiều tình huống và vấn đề. Đòi hỏi một nhân viên kinh doanh phải có chuyên môn và kỹ năng mềm để xử lý tình huống
Việc giải quyết công việc không chỉ áp dụng trên sách vở mà còn nằm ở tầm nhìn và cách nhận diện vấn đề của mỗi nhân viên kinh doanh. Ví dụ như trường hợp như sau: Một khách hàng lớn đặt hàng của công ty. Trong báo giá có ghi thời gian có hàng là 2 ngày. Qua đợt thực tập thì hầu hết những kiến thức học được ở trường như môn Phân tích hiệu quả kinh doanh, Quản trị kinh doanh, quản trị chiến lược,. . . đều được áp dụng vào trong quá trình làm việc ở công ty. Những điều học được trong quá trình thực tập cũng có tác dụng hết sức quan trọng trong quá trình tìm hiểu và tiếp cận công việc cũng như thông tin xã hội cần thiết.
Vì vậy để trở thành một kinh doanh giỏi trước tiên cần phải nắm vững kiến thức cơ bản khi còn nguồi trên ghế nhà trường. Ra trường tiếp cận thực tế, từ từ bổ sung kiến thức, nâng cao trình độ, học hỏi kinh nghiệm từ những anh chị đi trước. Luôn luôn cập nhật kiến thức kịp thời với xu thế phát triển của ngành mà mình đang kinh doanh.
