Trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp liê

Trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp liên quan đến hợp đồng này thì trước hết các bên giải quyết bằng thương lượng, hoà giải.Trong trường hợp thương lượng, hoà giải không thành, các bên có quyền yêu cầu Toà án có thẩm quyền tại Tỉnh Khánh Hòa giải quyết. Phán quyết của Tòa án có hiệu lực bắt buộc thi hành đối với các bên. Bên thua kiện phải chịu mọi chi phí liên quan đến việc giải quyết tranh chấp.
