Quỹ sáng kiến được thành lập trong khuôn khổ dự án thúc đẩy quản lý cộng đồng tại Việt Nam (PCM) giai đoạn II tại 03 huyện của tỉnh Quảng Bình và 06 huyện của tỉnh Thái Nguyên. Mục tiêu của Quỹ nhằm hỗ trợ các xã nhân rộng phương pháp quản lý cộng đồng (QLCĐ) tới các thôn (xóm, tổ dân phố) không được tham gia vào dự án PCM. Quỹ sáng kiến với phương pháp QLCĐ thúc đẩy vai trò ra quyết định và tính tự quản của cộng đồng, phát huy các sáng kiến của người dân nhằm cải thiện hiệu quả điều kiện sống của chính họ. Theo phương pháp QLCĐ người dân phải tham gia vào toàn bộ chu trình quản lý TDA từ lựa chọn ưu tiên, lập kế hoạch, tổ chức thực hiện, giám sát, nghiệm thu và duy tu bảo dưỡng các công trình TDA.

Results (English) 1:

Initiative Fund was established within the framework of the project to promote community management in Vietnam (PCM) phase II in the 3rd District of Quang Binh province and 6 district of the province. The objective of the Fund to support the replication of township community management methods (QLCĐ) to the hamlet (Hamlet, population groups) are not involved in the project to PCM. Initiative Foundation with the method QLCĐ promote decision-making role and autonomy of the community, promote the people's initiatives to improve the efficiency of their own living conditions. According to the method of QLCĐ people must participate in the entire management cycle from TDA preferences, planning, implementation, monitoring, and maintaining the TDA works.
