Đó là phần thứ hai của marketing mix trong Công ty. Chính sách giá cả phải sử dụng cho phù hợp với nhiệm vụ sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty. Giá xây dựng là lĩnh vực phức tạp liên quan đến nhiều mặt, nhiều vấn đề (kể cả các yếu tố liên quan đến xã hội). Vì vậy xét trong các quá trình để sản xuất ra sản phẩm xây dựng ta có các khái niệm sau:
- Giá khái toán: ngân quỹ được dùng để ghi kế hoạch, là căn cứ để lấy số liệu cơ bản trong giai đoạn lập luận chứng kinh tế kỹ thuật.
- Tổng dự toán công trình là giá được xác định trên cơ sở thiết kế kỹ thuật của giai đoạn chuẩn bị xây dựng.
- Dự toán hạng mục được lập trên cơ sở thiết kế tổ chức thi công.
- Giá quyết toán bàn giao công trình.
