Nhìn chung công tác đào tạo ở PJICO theo sự đánh giá của người lao động tương đối tốt, từ khâu tổ chức đào tạo đến sử dụng nhân lực sau đào tạo. Tất cả đều được đánh giá với số phiếu khá cao trên 50%.
Chi phí đào tạo là một nhân tố quan trọng phản ánh hiệu quả công tác đào tạo nhưng ở PJICO chưa có sự so sánh giữa kết quả đạt được và chi phí bỏ ra.
Do sự đánh giá chủ yếu dựa vào các trưởng ban trực tiếp quản lý người được đào tạo nên cần phải đảm bảo những người quản lý trực tiếp này hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ của mình.
Tổng giám đốc sẽ tổng hợp đánh giá hiệu quả đào tạo vào cuối năm trước khi lập kế hoạch đào tạo cho năm sau.
