Bất kỳ và tất cả các tranh chấp, tranh cãi hoặc yêu cầu phát sinh liên quan đến Thỏa Thuận này bao gồm bất kỳ vấn đề nào liên quan đến sự tồn tại, ý nghĩa, sự giải thích, hiệu lực, việc thực hiện, vi phạm hoặc chấm dứt Thỏa Thuận này, mà Các Bên không giải quyết thiện chí được với nhau, sẽ được đưa ra giải quyết dứt điểm tại Trung tâm Trọng Tài Quốc tế Việt Nam – bên cạnh Phòng Thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam (“VIAC”) theo Qui tắc tố tụng của Trung tâm Trọng tài này. Nơi xét xử trọng tài sẽ là tại thành phố Hà Nội. Quyết định hoặc phán quyết của hội đồng trọng tài là chung thẩm và có giá trị ràng buộc Các Bên.
