TDA đã hoàn thành đúng tiến độ. Ngay từ mùa mưa 2015 tiểu dự án đã chủ động tiêu úng cho 3.277ha diện tích và các cây trồng khác trong vùng hưởng lợi từ TDA, được nhân dân và chính quyền địa phương đánh giá cao về hiệu quả chống úng của TDA thuộc tiểu vùng Tây Nam Cửu An và Đông Nam Cửu An hệ thống Bắc Hưng Hải thuộc huyện Phù Cừ tỉnh Hưng Yên và huyện Thanh Miện tỉnh Hải Dương.
Hiệu quả và tác động của TDA đối với nông nghiệp, môi trường sinh thái và phát triển kinh tế-xã hội của huyện Phù Cừ tỉnh Hưng Yên và huyện Thanh Miện tỉnh Hải Dương chắc phải qua 2 đến 3 năm quản lý khai thác nữa. Tuy nhiên có thể khẳng định TDA sẽ đóng góp tích cực trong việc ổn định năng suất lúa và tạo điều kiện cho chuyển đổi cơ cấu cây trồng trong vùng hưởng lợi.

TDA was completed on schedule.
