Nếu tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào, bất kỳ qui định nào của Thỏa Thuận này là hoặc trở nên vô hiệu, trái luật hoặc không thể thực hiện được dưới bất kỳ khía cạnh nào hoặc đối với bất kỳ người nào theo Luật Việt Nam, thì hiệu lực, tính hợp pháp và tính thực thi của các điều khoản còn lại của Thỏa Thuận này sẽ không bị ảnh hưởng hoặc bị tổn hại. Các Bên sẽ nỗ lực tối đa, trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép,để thể hiện lại các quy định đó sao cho phù hợp với Luật Việt Nam, đồng thời vẫn thể hiện được mục đích thương mại ban đầu của Các Bên.

Results (English) 1:

If at any time any of the provisions of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any aspect whatsoever or for any person under the law of Vietnam, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or compromised. The parties will endeavour, to the extent permitted by law, to show that such regulations consistent with the law of Vietnam, at the same time still show the original commercial purpose of the parties.

Results (English) 2:

If at any given time, any of the provisions of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or can not be done under any aspect, or to any person under the Law on Vietnam, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement will not be affected or compromised. The Parties shall endeavor to the maximum, to the extent permitted by law, to express to those provisions as appropriate with Vietnam Law, while still showing the original commercial purpose of the Parties.
