- Số lượng lao động năm thứ 1: dự kiến 35cán bộ.
- Cơ cấu bố trí nhân sự:
+ Ban Giám đốc 03 thành viên (Giám đốc và 02 Giám đốc).
+ Các Ban nghiệp vụ: 1 Giám đốc Ban, 1 - 2 Phó Giám đốcBan và một số cán bộ nghiệp vụ (tùy theo từng bộ phận)
- Bố trí cán bộ người Việt: khoảng 22 - 27 cán bộ.
