ĐIỀU IV : TIẾN ĐỘ GIAO HÀNG
- Hai bên thống nhất hàng được giao làm từng phần. mỗi lần giao nhận cách nhau từ 15 ~ 25 ngày, cho đến khi thực hiện hết hợp đồng.
• Số lượng được giao trong mỗi đợt : 500m3 →1000 m3 (± 10%).
• Mỗi lần giao kế tiếp cách nhau 20 ngày.
• Thời gian giao hàng cụ thể sẽ được thông báo trong Phụ lục hợp đồng.
