Outline for Internship ReportWord length: Minimum of 10 pages, maximum 20 pages1. First PageFirst page should display: Student name and surname, the internship start and finish dates, number of internship days, type of internship (marketing, finance, production, or design and development, etc.), company/institution name. 2. A Brief Executive Summary of the InternshipA one page summary of the company/institution and a short account of the major activities carried out during the internship period.3. Description of the company/institution (20%)This section should provide following information:-The full title of the company/institution; Give a brief history of the company, full mailing address and relevant web links.-The type of ownership of the company/institution; State the main shareholders.-The sector that the company/institution operates in; Specify the products and services produced and offered to its customers.-Who are regarded as the customers of your internship company/institution (consider the end users, online retailers, other manufacturers, employees, etc.)?-Provide an organization chart of the company, along with information on the number of employees.-Describe the main responsible of different functions in the company-Provide the information of the performance of the company (financial status, sales, market share, growth rate, etc.) and discuss about the development trend of the company.4. Suggestions for the thesis topic (10%)Based on the problems that you find out, you can suggest some directions for your future thesis 6. An assessment of the internship (20%)In this section you should answer the following questions-What skills and qualifications you think that you have gained from the internship?-What kind of responsibilities you have undertaken during the internship period?-How do you think the internship will influence your future career plans?-How do you think the internship activities that you carried out are correlated with your classroom knowledge?7. the Conclusions of the reportThis section should include:• A summary of key conclusions derived from the internship experience.• General observations about the sector in which your internship company/institution operates8.
