Trong thời hạn [15 (mười lăm)] ngày làm việc kể từ ngày Thỏa Thuận này có hiệu lực, Bên A sẽ tiến hành nghiên cứu và đánh giá khả năng của Các Bên để đưa ra các phương án khả thi để thực hiện Giao Dịch (“Phương Án Đề Xuất”) phù hợp quy định pháp luật Việt Nam và tình hình thực tế của Các Bên

Results (English) 1:

Within the time limit [15 (fifteen)] days from the date this Agreement takes effect, party A shall conduct research and evaluate the ability of the parties to put forward viable projects to make the transaction (the "Project") appropriate legal provisions and actual situation of Vietnam the parties

Results (English) 2:

Within [fifteen (15)] working days from the date of entry into force of this Agreement, Party A will conduct research and evaluate the ability of the Parties to make a feasible plan for the implementation of Communications translation ( "Alternative Proposal") conforms to the laws of Vietnam and the actual situation of the Parties
