The success of a company or an organization is judged on the overall strategy of human resources management. An overall strategy for human resources management successfully complete the combination of five elements; như: performance management, reward, resourcing, employee relations and training & development. However, the two most important factors are performance management and reward management. To better understand the two factors, the case of McDonald's will be used for further analysis of the relationship of these two factors and the importance of the two factors for the success of a company .
