Kotter's change theory has pointed out that the change is a necessary element of every company and organization to enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of management (John p. Kotter, 2002). In this theory, Kotter identified eight steps to change an organization:Establish a sense of urgency:The theory of establishing a sense of urgency for that, to accept the change in the Organization, enterprises need to eliminate complacency, stagnation.Create alliances Guide:A group of leaders to unite and powerfully can control the process of change and create your support organization.Creativity and a vision for change:Clear sense of direction and a clear picture of the end result will make the effort to be focused, organized, and efficient.Empower action on an extension:The strategy and vision of the change must have the information to the person concerned. Besides the Organization of a workshop and the use of other forms of media, the members of the coordinating group directed activities such as the very model of the type of conduct and decisions.
