Với sự thiệt hại quá lớn như hiện nay sau khi thanh toán qua L/C sau khi nhận được chứng từ từ phía Mỹ mà sau đó rất lâu sau Tàu chạy trên biển chúng tôi mới nhận được hàng. Chúng tôi không chấp nhận các điều khoản này, nhất là việc này sẽ làm cho ACB bắt chúng tôi phải trả trước 100% tiền.

Với việc vướng mắc của hãng tàu delay hiện nay, nhất là với hãng Thorco, chúng tôi yêu cầu:

1. Giữ nguyên điều khoản L/C như cũ. Việc này phải quyết định sớm, nếu không ngân hàng Việt Nam hết hạn mức của 2016 sẽ không thể mở được

2. Navistar cấp cho Hoàng Huy khoản tín dụng để dành cho việc mua trucks, giống như là khoản tín dụng giành cho HOàng huy trong việc mua linh kiện.

Rất mong nhận được sự phản hồi sớm.
