- Nhận đủ tiền thuê nhà đúng kỳ hạn

- Nhận đủ tiền thuê nhà đúng kỳ hạn như đã thỏa thuận.
- Đơn phương đình chỉ thực hiện Hợp đồng nhưng phải báo cho bên B biết trước 03 (ba) tháng và yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại, nếu bên B có một trong các hành vi sau đây:
+ Không trả tiền thuê nhà liên tiếp trong 3 tháng mà không có lý do chính đáng;
+ Sử dụng nhà không đúng mục đích thuê;
+ Làm nhà hư hỏng nghiêm trọng;
+ Sửa chữa, đổi hoặc cho người khác thuê lại nhà đang thuê mà không có sự đồng ý của bên cho thuê;
+ Làm mất trật tự công cộng nhiều lần và ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến sinh hoạt hoạt bình thường của những người xung quanh;
+ Làm ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến vệ sinh môi trường;
- Cải tạo, nâng cấp nhà cho thuê khi được bên B đồng ý, nhưng không được gây phiền hà cho Bên B sử dụng chỗ ở;
- Được lấy lại nhà cho thuê khi hết hạn hợp đồng thuê

-Receive enough rent the right term as agreed.-Unilaterally suspend implementation of the contract but must notify party B knew before 3 (three) months and claim damages, if party B has one of the following behaviors:+ Do not pay rent for three consecutive months without good reason;+ Use the incorrect lease purposes;+ Doing serious damage to homes;+ Fix, change or let others rent back home are hiring without the consent of the lessor;+ Do take public order several times and severe effects to normal activities of those around;+ Do serious impacts to the environment;-Renovate, upgrade rental house when party B agrees, but not troubling Side B using the accommodation;-Take back the House for rent when lease expires

+ How seriously damaged houses;
+ Repair, exchange or give others rent the rented house without the consent of the lessor;
+ Making public disorder repeatedly and seriously affect the normal functioning of living of people around;
+ Make a serious impact to sanitation;
- improving and upgrading the rental when party B agrees, but is not troubling to party B using the accommodation;
- to take back the lease when the lease expires
