Chủ tài khoản không phải là Người đứng đầu Chi nhánh/ Văn phòng đại diện: là cán bộ thuộc nội bộ của chi nhánh hoặc là người được Cơ quan chủ quản (cấp trên của Chi nhánh) uỷ quyền. Người đại diện theo pháp luật của cơ quan chủ quản có văn bản uỷ quyền cho người nói trên làm chủ tài khoản của chi nhánh.

The account holder is not the head of Representative Office/branch: the officers of the branch's internal or the governing body (senior Branch) is authoritative. Legal representative of the governing body have the authoritative text for speakers on the master account of the branch.

The account holder is not the head branch / representative office: the internal staff of the branch or agency who is in charge (on the branch level) authorization. The legal representative of the agency have written authorization to speak on account of the master branch.
