Ở phần này, nhóm nghiên cứu đã sử dụng phương pháp khảo sát trực tuyến, kiểm nghiệm các giả thiết được đưa ra sẽ được làm rõ ở phần sau và kết quả bài nghiên cứu được áp dụng sơ bộ cho số lượng mẫu nhỏ mà đại diện là Sinh viên đại học Kinh Tế Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh (UEH) cho lứa tuổi từ 18-24 về hành vi tiêu dùng online -Từ bỏ giỏ hàng khi mua sắm trực tuyến.Nhóm nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính cho bài nghiên cứu. Phương pháp định tính được sử dụng nhằm tìm hiểu bản chất, quá trình vận động, tương tác giữa các nhóm tác nhân. Nghiên cứu này dùng các kỹ thuật cụ thể như chọn mẫu có mục đích, thu thập dữ liệu trực tuyến, phân tích số liệu, tổng hợp ý nghĩa và giải thích các kết quả tìm thấy. Trên cơ sở lý thuyết, nhóm nghiên cứu xây dựng một khung lý thuyết (mô hình nghiên cứu) để định hướng cho bài nghiên cứu. Nhóm nghiên cứu đưa ra kết quả kiểm định giả thiết với những đóng góp sau đây cho các nghiên cứu xa hơn trong tương lai.Bài nghiên cứu được thực hiện với ý nghĩa làm phong phú thêm về lý thuyết cho các nghiên cứu hiện nay. Nhóm hy vọng bài nghiên cứu này sẽ đem lại giá trị, đưa ra được các giải pháp để có thể khắc phục phần nào về hành vi từ bỏ giỏ hàng di động đồng thời đưa ra được các chiến lượt phát triển phù hợp.

Results (English) 1:

In this section, the researchers used the method of online surveys, test hypotheses given will be clarified later and results study applies preliminary number of small samples which contemporary college students presence is Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) for ages 18-24 on consumer behavior -From online shopping cart abandonment online.
The researchers used qualitative research methods for the study. Qualitative methods are used to understand the nature, the process of mobilization and interaction among groups of actors. Use this research techniques like sampling specific purpose, online data collection, data analysis, synthesis and explain the meaning of the results found. On the basis of the theory, the researchers built a theoretical framework (research model) to guide the study.
The researchers made the hypothesis testing results with the following contributions for further study in the future.
Research is done with significant enrichment of the theory for the present study. Group hopes this study will provide valuable, offering solutions that can overcome the behavioral portion of the mobile cart abandonment and given the appropriate development strategy plays.

In this section, the research team used the online survey method, which tested the assumptions given will be clarified in the following section and the results of the study were preliminary for the small number of samples that represented the University of Ho Chi Minh City (Ueh) for ages 18-24 on consumer online behaviour – abandon shopping carts when shopping online.
The research team uses a study of the calculation method for research papers. The method of calculation is used to find out the nature, process of movement, interactions between groups of agents. This study uses specific techniques such as selecting the purpose template, collecting online data, analyzing figures, synthesize meaning, and explaining the results found. On the basis of theory, the research team builds a theoretical framework (research model) for orientation for research papers.
The team offers a hypothesis of the following contributions to further future studies.
The research papers are done with the meaning of enriching the theory of current research. The team hopes this research will bring value, provide solutions to be able to overcome somewhat about mobile cart abandon behavior while giving the appropriate development tactics.
