Khi hợp đồng đã thực hiện xong, thời hạn hợp đồng đã hết mà không có sự thỏa thuận về sự kéo dài việc thực hiện hợp đồng, hợp đồng sẽ bị đình chỉ hoặc hủy bỏ.
Phòng chủ trì phối hợp với các phòng tham gia để tiến hành việc thanh lý hợp đồng.
Phòng chủ trì chịu trách nhiệm lập biên bản thanh lý hợp đồng (BM/DA-04-19)

When the contract was done, contract term has expired without the agreement of the extending the implementation of the contract, the contract will be suspended or cancelled.Coordinated with the room the rooms involved to proceed with the liquidation of the contract. The room host is responsible for establishment of the report on the liquidation of the contract (BM/DA-05-19)
