Hợp đồng này và tất cả các Phụ lục

Hợp đồng này và tất cả các Phụ lục đính kèm sẽ được điều chỉnh và giải thích theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam. Bất kỳ tranh chấp phát sinh từ Hợp đồng này sẽ được Các Bên thương lượng giải quyết trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày kể từ ngày một Bên yêu cầu Bên kia bàn bạc. Trong trường hợp việc giải quyết bằng thương lượng không đạt được kết quả trong thời hạn này, bất kỳ Bên nào cũng có quyền yêu cầu giải quyết tranh chấp sau cùng tại Tòa án có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam.

Results (English) 1:

This contract and all Appendices attached will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the law of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from this contract will be negotiated by the parties resolved within thirty (30) days from the date a party to request the other side of the debate. In the case of the resolution by negotiation does not achieve results in this period, any party would also have the right to request the final dispute resolution in Court of Vietnam.

Results (English) 2:

This Agreement and all of the Annex shall be governed and interpreted according to the provisions of the law of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from this contract will be negotiated Parties resolved within thirty (30) days of a Party requests the other Party to discuss. In case the settlement through negotiations is not achieved results within this period, any Party has the right to request final dispute resolution in the competent courts of Vietnam.
