- Trương hợp có tranh chấp , tố tụng , khiếu nại giữa các bên thì phải thương lượng , bàn bạc trên tinh thần hợp tác và tôn trọng quyền lợi chính đáng của nhau. Nếu không giải quyết được thì vụ việc sẽ đưa ra cấp tòa án kinh tế có thẩm quyền nhờ phân xử theo luật định . Phí tòa án do bên thua kiện chi trả .
- Mọi trườn hợp tố tụng, khiếu nại đều phải thông báo cho nhau bằng văn bản chính thức.
