Hoan nghênh chuyến thăm làm việc tại Việt Nam của Bộ trưởng Albert del Rosario, Thủ tướng Nguyễn Tấn Dũng đánh giá cao kết quả kỳ họp lần thứ 8 của Ủy ban Hợp tác song phương Việt Nam - Philippines do hai Bộ trưởng Bộ Ngoại giao hai nước đồng chủ trì, đồng thời đánh giá cao kết quả làm việc của đoàn với các bộ, ngành của Việt Nam nhằm thúc đẩy quan hệ hợp tác song phương giữa hai nước trên nhiều lĩnh vực, nhất là thúc đẩy hợp tác thương mại, đầu tư. Thủ tướng khẳng định chuyến thăm và làm việc tại Việt Nam lần này của Bộ trưởng Albert del Rosario sẽ là một đóng góp thiết thực vào tăng cường quan hệ hợp tác tốt đẹp giữa hai nước.
