Nhiệm vụ:
- Quyết định chiến lược công ty.
- Trình bày báo cáo quyết toán tài chính hằng năm lên Đại hội cổ đông.
- Bổ nhiệm, miễn nhiệm và cách chức các Giám đốc và các bộ phận quản lý trong Công ty, quyết định mức lương và lợi ích khác của các bộ phận quản lý.
- Quyền quyết định chào bán cổ phiếu và trái phiếu để huy động vốn

Nhiệm vụ:
- Kiểm tra tính hợp pháp, hợp lý trong quản lý, điều hành hoạt động kinh doanh tại Công ty.
- Thẩm định báo cáo tài chính hằng năm, kiểm tra từng vấn đề cụ thể liên quan đến hoạt động quản lý.

• Tổng Giám đốc: Ông Đỗ Hà Nam đảm nhận và là người đại diện theo pháp luật của Công ty , được Bổ nhiệm bởi Hội đồng quản trị.

Nhiệm vụ:
- Lập và trình Hội đồng quản trị phê duyệt kế hoạch kinh doanh và tài chính chi tiết cho năm tài chính tiếp theo trên cơ sở kế hoạch kinh doanh và tài chính dài hạn.
- Đề xuất các biện pháp nâng cao hoạt động và quản lý .
- Quyết định về tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động hằng ngày của Công ty, tổ chức thực hiện các quyết định của Hội đồng quản trị
- Tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh và phương án đầu tư của Công ty, bố trí cơ cấu tổ chức, quy chế quản lý nội bộ của Công ty.
Phòng xuất nhập khẩu
- Cân đối, điều hành, lên kế hoạch cho xuất nhập khẩu.
- Nghiên cứu thị trường về các sản phẩm công ty kinh doanh.
- Tìm kiếm khách hàng, nguồn cung cấp trong và ngoài nước.
- Lập kế hoạch kinh doanh dựa trên cơ sở báo cáo thống kê định kỳ.
Phòng Tài chính kế toán
- Quản lý tài chính : theo dõi thu chi, hiệu quả hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty.
- Tham mưu về hiệu quả kinh tế, các chỉ số tài chính cho Ban Giám Đốc.
- Thực hiện các chức năng kinh tế do Nhà nước quy định.
Phòng Pháp chế tổng hợp
- Tổng hợp và báo cáo mọi tình hình hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty.
- Quản lý mạng nội bộ luôn hoạt động tốt nhằm phục vụ nhu cầu của công ty.
Phòng Tổ chức hành chính
- Về luật pháp : thực hiện các quy định của Nhà nước, và thủ tục về mặt pháp lý trong quá trình sản xuất kinh doanh, các hoạt động của công ty.
Trung tâm thương mại
- Quản lý các hoạt động phát sinh của trung tâm thương mại : nhập xuất hàng hóa nhân sự, doanh thu hằng kỳ,…
