17.5. Việc một Bên không hoàn thành đầy đủ nghĩa vụ của mình sẽ không bị coi là vi phạm hoặc không thực hiện đầy đủ Hợp đồng nếu như việc không thể thực hiện này phát sinh từ một sự kiện bất khả kháng, miễn là Bên bị ảnh hưởng bởi sự kiện nêu trên đã (a) có các biện pháp phòng ngừa hợp lý, có sự cẩn trọng thích đáng và các biện pháp thay thế hợp lý nhằm thực hiện các điều khoản và điều kiện của Hợp đồng này.

17.5.
