Trong thời hạn hợp đồng, chủ đầu tư toàn quyền quyết định thay thế nhãn hiệu hoặc tên thương mại "Oceanviews" hoặc "Oceanviews apartment hotel" cho tòa nhà bằng bất kỳ một hoặc nhiều nhãn hiệu hoặc tên thương mại khác mà không cần sự đồng ý của bên cho thuê. Chủ đầu tư có toàn quyền sở hữu và chịu mọi chi phí phát sinh cho việc thay thế, đăng ký, bảo hộ nhãn hiệu hoặc tên thương mại của tòa nhà

During the contract term, the investor's discretion replace the trademark or trade name "Oceanviews" or "Oceanviews apartment hotel" for the building by any one or more of the trademark or trade name of another without the consent of the lessor. The owner has the right to own and bear all costs incurred for the alternative, registration, protection of trademarks or trade names of buildings
