Tổ chức của Lifebaby được quản lý theo hình thức công ty cổ phần. Mô hình quản lý đơn
giản, thuận tiện cho việc kinh doanh. Trong thời gian đầu, chưa thành lập công ty ngay để
tiết kiệm chi phí.
Nhân sự chủ yếu là các sáng lập viên để tiết kiệm chi phí. Ngoài ra sẽ tuyển thêm bộ
phận giao hàng, 03 người cho tHN, HCM và HP.
Địa điểm hoạt động và dự trữ hàng tồn kho là tại gia đình đang ở của các sáng lập viên
để tiết kiệm chi phí và thuận tiện cho việc đi lại.
