Phát biểu tại Hội thảo, Ông Trần Thanh Hà, Phó Giám đốc Sở TN&MT Quảng Nam cho biết: Các sản phẩm tham vấn lần này được các phòng chuyên môn của Sở TN&MT Đà Nẵng chủ trì soạn thảo và đã nhiều lần tham vấn ý kiến từ Quảng Nam để hiệu chỉnh hoàn thiện và đề nghị các đại biểu tham dự tập trung nghiên cứu góp ý nhiệt tình, cụ thể từng vấn đề về nội dung, cách thức phối hợp để làm sao hạn chế thấp nhất tình trạng xung đột về lợi ích trong quản lý nguồn tài nguyên nước, đảm bảo hài hòa việc phát triển kinh tế xã hội của hai địa phương.
