It can be considered that only using 2,4-D to induce scar tissue is effective for leaves and body, while the combination of relative concentration of agonist and 2,4-D is effective for root to induce scar tissue. Scar tissue samples are all spongy scar tissue, showing the potential to develop in the direction of phytoplankton culture.<br>In the paper by Hewage and Senarath(2013) on scar tissue induction of Calva Spilanthes leaves falling from nature by using the combination of BA and 2,4-D, the results show that the optimal combination of growth regulators for cullus initiation exists when MS is between 2. 25 mg/ml BAP and 1. 0 mg/ml 2. 4D
