The organizational structure of the University of London is a combination of two organizational structures: functional and service. University of London including multiple departments with specific functions, such as communication relations, human resources, ICT, finance, etc. Each department undertake a particular task. By applying this type of organizational structure and communication problems at the university has been resolved. Moreover, this structure helps organizations in past decisions through active character of the area as well as appreciate the input from employees is taken into consideration. In addition, it allows the universities to group tasks to lower-level staff so willing to take responsibility and aim to the main objectives of the university.
