Trong lĩnh vực tư vấn quản lý dự án: Công trình tiêu biểu:
- Văn phòng làm việc, Show room trưng bày sản phẩm- Công ty SINO VietNam, 362 Trần Khát Chân- Hà Nội: quy mô 10 tầng nổi và 01 tầng hầm.
- Nhà máy sản xuất thiết bị điện, văn phòng làm việc, nhà điều hành – Công ty SINO Vietnam, Khu công nghiệp Liên Phương, Thạch Thất, Hà Đông. Quy mô 2ha.
Trong công trình này tôi tham gia với vai trò như nhà tư vấn quản lý dự án (Project Manager) về mặt kỹ thuật chuyên môn cho Chủ đầu tư như: Lựa chọn phương án kiến trúc, tổ chức và tham gia thiết kế kết cấu, tư vấn cho chủ đầu tư lựa chọn nhà thầu Xây dựng, tham gia TVGS công trình, báo cáo chất lượng và tiến độ thi công công trình cho chủ đầu tư. Phần quản lý hợp đồng kinh tế, mua sắm vật tư- thiết bị do Công ty SINO- ViệtNam tự thực hiện, Phần thiết kế kiến trúc do Công ty kiến trúc Hồ Thiệu Trị thực Hiện.
