- Để phục vụ công tác khảo sát hộ gia đình dự kiến vào ngày 29,30,31 tháng 7 tại 15 thôn thuộc 4 xã, Văn phòng TVQLCT đề nghị các ban/tiểu ban sau đây cử cán bộ cùng tham gia khảo sát hộ gia đình: Ban ODA (4 cán bộ), tiểu ban Sở Nông nghiệp (4 cán bộ), Tiểu ban Văn phòng Nông thôn mới (2 cán bộ), và Hội phụ nữ tỉnh (2 cán bộ). Đề nghị các tiểu ban thông tin về Văn phòng TVQLCT về việc cử cán bộ muộn nhất vào 16.00 chiều ngày 22/7/2015 (giao đồng chí Vũ Thị Nhung làm đầu mối liên lạc của Văn phòng).
- 14.00 chiều ngày 28/7/2015, Văn phòng TVQLCT tổ chức tập huấn về nội dung phiếu điều tra, đề nghị các cán bộ được cử từ các ban nêu trên tham gia tập huấn.

-To serve the household survey expected on October 29, 30, 31, in 15 villages in 4 communes, TVQLCT Office recommended the ban, following the Subcommittee sent officers to join the household survey: the ODA Board (4 officials), the u.s. Department of agriculture Board (4 officials), the new country office Subcommittee (2 officers) , and the women's Union (2 officers). Recommendations the Subcommittee information on TVQLCT Office on the election of officers for the afternoon 16.00 late on 22/7/2015 (comrade Vu Thi Nhung do liaison's Office).-14.00 pm on 7/28/2015, TVQLCT Office organized training on survey content, suggested the officers were dispatched from the aforesaid Committee participated in training.

- To serve the household survey scheduled on 29,30,31 July 4 at 15 villages in the commune, the Office proposed TVQLCT boards / committees following the election officials surveyed households family: Ban ODA (4 persons), Department of Agriculture subcommittee (4 persons), Subcommittee Office new Rural (2 officials), and the Provincial Women's Union (2 staff). Subcommittee recommended the Office information on the appointment of officials TVQLCT later than 16:00 pm on 07.22.2015 (Vu Thi Nhung comrades assigned as liaison of the office).
- 14:00 pm on 28 / 7/2015, the Office organizes training TVQLCT content on surveys, suggest the officials appointed from above departments involved in training.
