Bên giao cam kết rằng giá thỏa thuận sẽ không cao hơn giá tính cho bên thứ ba,có tính đến những thay đổi chung về giá trong các trường hợp có thể so sánh được, hoặc giá sẽ được chào cho bên thứ ba trong quá trình hợp đồng này có hiệu lực.
Nếu bên giao có giá chào thấp hơn, ngay lập tức bên giao sẽ giảm tương ứng giá phải trả cho hợp đồng này và trả lại bất kỳ số tiền dôi ra nào cho bên nhận
