Tham số về cấu trúc của thực vật là 0.66 với rừng và 0.33 với thực vật thấp. Tham số k (từ 1 GHz và 7,5 GHz), là hằng số điện môi của các nước có trong thực vật (phần ảo), ρwater là mật độ của nước.

Plant's water content (VWC) is defined as 4 kg/m² for the forest and 0.5 xLAI (leaf area index) for low plant (Pellarin et al. 2003). Structural parameters of the plant is 0.66 to forest and plant with low 0.33. The parameter k (from 1 GHz and the 7.5 GHz), dielectric constant of water in plants (imaginary part), ρ is the density of water of water.
