. Các quảng cáo Heineken là chung cho các thị trường, không có những quảng cáo dành riêng cho thị trường Việt Nam, ngay cả cho những dịp lễ lớn như Tết Nguyên Đán. Vì vậy quảng cáo có thể được đánh giá là hay nhưng hình ảnh sản phẩm vẫn có một khoảng cách nhất định với người tiêu dùng. Heineken cần đến một hình ảnh thương hiệu gần gũi hơn. Nhiều công ty lớn như Coca Cola, Pepsi,… khi vào thị trường Việt Nam đều đã thực hiện những quảng cáo riêng, gần gũi với văn hóa và phong cách Việt Nam vì vậy nó dễ dàng được chấp nhận rộng rãi.
