Tại Phần I của Bản Tin Pháp Luật kỳ này, chúng tôi sẽ giới thiệu bài viết của Bà Phan Thị Hằng và Luật sư Nguyễn Danh Công với tiêu đề “Luật phá sản 2014: Quản tài viên - Anh là ai?".
