Công ty nhìn nhận hoạt động đánh giá nội bộ đối với hệ thống quản lý chất lượng như là một yếu tố quan trọng để duy trì tính hiệu lực của toàn bộ hệ thống, và xem xét các kết quả đánh giá nội bộ như là nền tảng căn bản để cải tiến liên tục các hoạt động của công ty.
Công ty đã xây dựng một quy trình bằng văn bản cho hoạt động đánh giá nội bộ để đảm bảo các đợt đánh giá nội bộ đều được lập kế hoạch và thực hiện ít nhất mỗi năm một lần cho toàn bộ các khía cạnh của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, căn cứ theo các yêu cầu trong tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008, đồng thời lưu giữ đầy đủ những hồ sơ có liên quan.
Khi lập kế hoạch đánh giá nội bộ, công ty xem xét tầm quan trọng của các quá trình và kết quả của những lần đánh giá nội bộ trước đó. Các chuyên gia đánh giá nội bộ có năng lực chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các đợt đánh giá và ghi chép hồ sơ để chứng minh về kết quả đánh giá chất lượng nội bộ.
Các chuyên gia đánh giá phải lập báo cáo về sự không phù hợp cho tất cả các điểm không phù hợp phát hiện được, gửi cho những người có trách nhiệm của khu vực được đánh giá.
