Trong quá trình thực hiện công tác kế toán tại Premiata, bên cạnh phần công việc đã thỏa thuận tại hợp đồng nêu trên, chúng tôi còn nhận được một số yêu cầu mới phát sinh từ phía Premiata, đó là việc hướng dẫn ghi sổ vào phần mềm kế toán nội bộ. Qua thực tiễn công việc đã thực tế hỗ trợ, chúng tôi nhận thấy rằng, công việc này mất khá nhiều thời gian, làm tăng khối lượng công việc hiện tại lên gần như gấp đôi, cụ thể phát sinh thêm:
- Soạn tài liệu cần chuẩn bị cho việc nhập liệu;
- Hướng dẫn ghi sổ trực tiếp cho tất cả các nghiệp vụ;
- Đối chiếu số dư, tìm nguyên nhân và hướng dẫn điều chỉnh khi có chênh lệch;
- Giải thích, nêu nguyên lý cách ghi sổ.
Xét về tính chất dịch vụ, đáng lý phát sinh phí dịch vụ tương ứng (phần công việc ngoài nội dung hợp đồng thỏa thuận). Tuy nhiên, hiện tại Chúng tôi cũng biết được những khó khăn của Premiata trong bước đầu hoạt động và hình thành bộ máy quản lý từ xa, cũng như nhu cầu minh bạch về sổ sách kế toán giữa hai bên.
