Tiền đặt cọc sẽ được Bên A giữ như khoản tiền đảm bảo để Bên B thực hiện các điều khoản của Hợp đồng này và sẽ không được coi như là khoản thanh toán cho tiền thuê nhà. Nếu Bên B vi phạm bất kỳ điều khoản nào của Hợp đồng này, Bên A trừ vào tiền đặt cọc cho bất kỳ chi phí, tổn thất, thiệt hại nào của chủ nhà phát sinh từ vi phạm Hợp đồng này, trong trường hợp đó Bên B ngay lập tức thanh toán số tiền đã bị trừ theo yêu cầu. Nếu Bên B đã thực hiện và tuân thủ đúng tất cả các điều khoản của Hợp đồng này, và sau khi trả lại nhà khi kết thúc thời hạn thuê, Bên A sẽ hoàn lại tiền đặt cọc cho Bên B trong vòng 10 ngày sau đó.
