Công ty không nên đánh giá kết quả kinh doanh của cán bộ thông qua kết quả kinh doanh của phòng Logistic như hiện nay vì một số nhân viên làm tốt công việc của họ được giao nhưng hiệu quả kinh doanh của cả phòng lại không cao. Vì vậy, công ty cần phải đánh giá năng lực của các cán bộ trong công ty thông qua năng lực và khả năng thực hiện các công việc được giao của họ, để từ đó công ty có các chế độ khen thưởng khác nhau tương xứng với công sức mà họ bỏ ra.
