Theo Dự thảo Luật Hộ tịch, có hai phương án về lệ phí hộ tịch. Một là, tất cả các sự kiện hộ tịch khi đăng ký thì cá nhân, tổ chức phải nộp lệ phí. Phương án thứ hai là cá nhân, tổ chức đăng ký khai sinh, khai tử, giám hộ được miễn lệ phí, còn các sự kiện hộ tịch khác phải nộp lệ phí.

According to the draft law, the Registrar has two Registrar cost. One is that, all the event Registrar upon registration, the individual, the organisation must pay. The second approach is that individuals, organizations registered the birth, death, guardianship is exempt from the fee, while the other Registrar event fees.

According to the Draft Civil Code, there are two alternatives for civil charges. Firstly, all the events as civil registration, individuals and organizations must pay a fee. The second option is an individual, organization registration of births, deaths, guardianship fee waiver, and other civil status events must pay a fee.
