Thời hạn tham gia chương trình cho thuê: Bên cho thuê đồng ý và cam kết không hủy ngang và vô điều kiện thời hạn tham gia chương trình cho thuê là 3 năm (3 năm). Thời hạn tham gia chương trình cho thuê được tính từ ngày bắt đầu. Trước 3 tháng khi kết thúc thời hạn tham gia chương trình cho thuê, tùy thuộc vào sự lựa chọn hình thức cho thuê và nhu cầu của các bên, hai bên sẽ tiến hành đàm phán gia hạn thời gian cho thuê. Thời hạn gia hạn cho thuê và giá cho thuê sẽ được hai bên bàn bạc và thể hiện chi tiết bằng hợp đồng mới hoặc phụ lục kèm theo hợp đồng này
